Fraud, poor service

I have exactly the same situation with Telstra on December 1st! Only the amount is slightly smaller - 70 EUR! I received an SMS from Telstra that my credit limit (70 AUD) has been exceeded, although I am sure that the bill must be 15 AU$‎ and no additional services have been used. When calling the operator, it is responsible that the information about which such amount will be on the 7-8th day. The operator also cannot look at why. So how do you know what the amount is if you don't know how it comes from?
