i have an upload speed of .18 mbs and customer service is unhelpful. Every time I call for service the response is due to network congestion you may experience slow speeds….. Well if it is totally unresponsive and won’t load a web site they seem to think thats ok. User’s recommendation: Avoid them at all costs.
