Internet stopped working

Internet service for over 2 years abruptly disconnected. On 6/14 I requested service, on 6/17 I requested service and again on 6/21 I requested service. They say a sup. will call me within 24 hours. User’s recommendation: Make sure they will service your accnt.

Terrible internet provider

Terrible customer service, no internet for 2 months

I have been with viasat and its predecessors for 12 years. Last three months I have only had internet download speeds of .33 to .86 despite numerous calls to tech support . It is so bad i have to drive 2 hours to live somewhere else to work. Their support staff do not…

The Wi-Fi sucks and so does the customer service.

I kept service for about three months then canceled and paid $15 for each month of the uncompleted 24 months because the service is so bad. Do not use this company if you want good Wi-Fi that is not expensive. User’s recommendation: If he use Viasat I think he will regret it!!!!

Have had hughs network for 4 mos yet viasat charging my account and says we need to cancel our account when it was already closed

they turned the account to a collection agency and charged my Debit card. Dont get Viasat, they dont work with you on disputes!!! User’s recommendation: dont buy Viasat.
