I have been working on this for hours. I contacted customer service they sent me An email link I filled it out I got my confirmation code entered it and it said so sorry your URL number cannot be located. Help
I am Unable to contact Viagogo directly and was assured that I would reserve this refund in January .. it is now May. I have received no response from emails and I cannot find a contact number, I am still waiting on a $500 AUD refund! User’s recommendation: Do not go with viagogo.
