Agent was very polite. I could not attend concert to severe ( heart) medical condition with the COVID-19. The fair thing to do would be to refund my 4 tickets as I can not attend. Was advised to try and resell the tickets. $700 plus dollars down the drain. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy thru the Internet!
