Still the same issue as before. Very have replied saying they would get back to me in 24 hours but it’s been at least 48. Still no sign of what I ordered or a refund

FCA after being I’ll with breast cancer. They now will send my account to a debt.

Still didn’t get through kept cutting me off. They want me to pay extremely high cost. How on earth can I get through to these people. User’s recommendation: Don’t use very they rob you then don’t listen.

Parcel delivery problem

I ordered a set of Chester draws and bedside tables. It said on the website they would be delivered the 11th. They tried to deliver twice last week but unfortunately I missed it. I rang the second time to try and get them delivered today the 2nd. Which Royal Mail agreed to. I havent received anything.
