Still no collection of old freezer

Still waiting for old freezer to be collected I paid £19 for collection when they delivered the new on on the 24th July 2021 but they said they couldn’t take it away and would rearrange for collection, I’m still waiting

Broken pram

Pram broken brake broken and left side of pram all wobble pram is only used twice week for my grandchild he is only six months old should not have gone like this not acceptable got to be fault with it

Return items are not updated

Purchased an item, wrong item sent. Posted back with a receipt I still have. Messages and emails saying payment due, it was over a month ago I sent the item back User’s recommendation: Wouldn’t recommend.
