Tried loads of times to get into my account and cant. Cant register as a new customer .as they say you have got and isme account. Phoned them didnt get anywhere so decided its not worth the hassel for what i wanted. Always used to be fine but not now.
Very poor service, not satisfied at all. Will be going to the ombudsman with this. Also writing to very head office. User’s recommendation: No recommendations.
It’s not a complaint its about the direct debit that’s been set up u got it down for 20 pound and 3 pence when we sorted it out for 9 pound something
