I discontinued service with Verizon in Feb 2021. They have confirmed that they owe me $42.00. Today I received a bill from them for $120.00 in unpaid balance. User’s recommendation: Verizon has less than stellar customer service and accounting practices.
Paid bill early, told me I was given 6 extra GB, phone STILL won’t pick up internet, apps lagging, etc…called Customer service, was told they were closed…saying I have no GB left &;;;;;;;; that I have $40 toward my services…duh!!! I paid my bill…can’t login to my account to reset my password because it says I’m locked...

Never got thru to a person to help resolve issue. So really pissed consumer. They are great to sell but service other than what they can do at the store not as good. User’s recommendation: I am going to the store and call from there.
Verizon offers a steep discount for autopay enrollment. I have resisted this because of their shady billing practices, but I finally gave in because I needed the discount. I tried to set it up on the date I needed it to hit, but it only gave me five days as an option….
