VZW customer service is complete *** Not helpful in any way. Even tried to sell me something right away before understanding my issue.

Been trying to make a payment but the automated service says its not a valid number but it is I just talked to my husband on the phone
Have been trying to contact a representative about my bill and I find its easier to contact the President! I sent my bill in on 7/31/21 and you say you haven’t received it. I just wanted to let you know it was sent and you should have received it.

Credit bureau issue

Very poor and hung up on after asking to speak to a supervisor rep found it funny that I was kept on hold for over 40 minutes then proceeded to hang up on me User’s recommendation: Fire the person in financial.
