I am not able to get a collections matter resolved. I have called the customer service number several times and provided my social security number and since I dont remember the pin this matter cannot be looked into. This account is over 90 days old.

It socks I have been trying to speak to a customer service representative for the past 3.5 hours and no one answers the phone, I am sorry I switch from TMobile to Verizon. TMobile always answers my call. I waited for someone to answer my call no one did. User’s recommendation: Verison customer Service sucks.
