Complaints & Reviews — Verizon Wireless

I am receiving complaints that people are calling me but it goes straight to voicemail, even though my phone is on and not in silent or airplane mode. This never happened with my other carrier. I am also having trouble receiving texts to verify other accounts which is extremely frustrating.
Cell service and jet pack service use to work at my house but now it doesnt I should be paying half of my bill because thats how much my phone works User’s recommendation: GO ELSWHERE WAY OVERPRICED.
Need help with my ipad I can’t play my games and I don’t have wifi. My husband is handi capped so I can’t leave him alone
I have closed my account three times and Verizon keeps charging me for services for numbers that no longer exist. User’s recommendation: Good luck!
I never got to speak with anyone. Your right I am pissed. Canceled my account at least a month ago and they are still charging my debit card $185 this month do not use Verizon
