A minimum of 20 minutes of contact with a client advisor is required to call this facility. Emails can usually be answered in a day or later, of course e-mails are very formal and if there are new questions, they are unlikely to be answered. I am waiting for my packages for the third week, every time the consultant will deliver tomorrow, if not, next week. I understand that deliveries are delayed, etc. , but would it not be logical and right for parcels to be delivered in a queue where people have been waiting for a long time?
