They are engaging in criminal patient fraud, operations without consent, concealment of malpractice and using alternate exam codes so private insurance has to pay for malpractice

UT Southwestern, Flowermound Presbyterian Hospital, Baylor and Methodist Hospitals in DFW all share an illegal “risk management” agreement where if a physician at one of their facilities injures a patient they all cover it up.
