Poor service

Super slow and poorly communicating office! Receiving a shipment via Melbourne takes at least 3 days (I am still waiting for the shipment) you have to find where the shipment left, the program lies that it was delivered unsuccessfully, the courier does not answer the calls, in the style of the 90's! I don't recommend anyone to use these services, gladly!
