Impossible to get help with online customer wants you to purchased a 7day trial when I put in just my phone no and name no credit card info the rep never called me back

I got no where with a simple question about whether you had a necklace on stock. I spent too much time on this. Going to another company where they care about CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Never got order or even an order number

Still no order and have not heard from them ..Kirk Folly. Dont even know for sure if it was even sent out. Very disappointed with them. Will have to check my credit card to see if I was charged.
