I received Amazon packages that were supposed to be delivered 3 days f4om now but, the one I really needed that was sitting in your Orlando hub hasn’t been delivered or, moved yet. Hi2 do3s that happ?

Packages have a d3lay on them in Orlando. Other orders due after have already been received. At least you’ll be aware of actual issu3s and be able to speak to an actual person! User’s recommendation: Go with FedEx or UPS.

Resolved: Mail being held

Update by user Aug 18, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Aug 18, 2021 My mail is held and not able to retrieve it as I held a key then taking away from me as my brother refuses to let me access.

Package shipped to wrong city

Package to me as my town is just outside of St. Louis MO. Package was in STL yesterday then they shipped it to Memphis TN. User’s recommendation: Avoid usps.
