Service at the lowest level
Never again Amber! We ordered a sofa for 1100 dollars, which is not a small amount. Even then, I was fascinated by the fact that the online store is something completely separate from the real store on Prussia Street, where the sellers are not interested in the customers of the online store at all, or customers as such. When ordering a sofa, we were told within 45-60 working days. It was the very beginning of November. Around Christmas time I called myself to find out, because they never call and inform about the delay. Then here's a lady in the information department who answers regularly - I'll call you back, which, of course, it doesn't do 3 times in a row. Somewhere around this time we were told that the sofa would be immediately available every day. When the sofa was not delivered on the specified day, we called the info center again, again the same system, no one called back. It wasn't until a friend sent me an angry email that we were toldthat the sofa, however, will be only after the new year. After the new year we are waiting for the news again, nothing happens. Call again - will be after 20. 01. Because the factory starts working only on 13. 01. I called today because there is still nothing - will be in early February. And it's not yet clear to me if it will be delivered at all... Terrible attitude, lying and taking time.
