Poor service outside of Australia

Abnormally slow process. If you pick up only 16:30 in Smiltene, but deliver it to the terminal in Melbourne after a whole day, then the next route says it all. Everything I send has already lost its value. I have never encountered anything so unusable and unreliable, Good luck! ; (
