Absolutely inflexible, non-customer-oriented company. About 2 years ago, I asked Optus employees if there was any time, in the near future it is planned to install a line in Sebruciems, Lauku Street (immediately behind Pinki). I was told that no line construction is planned in the next 5 years. However, a couple of weeks ago I noticed that the line, ie Optus cable, is still being laid. Nice, with just one but... For some reason, the cable doesn't stretch all the way down the street. Three houses end before the end of the street. Well done! When I contacted Optus, I kindly explained that there would be no cable along the rest of the house, because it was not technically possible to install it! It is not technically possible to dig a trench yet approx. 30-40 m further? It can only be concluded from this that the Australian proverb "With a mouth in Melbourne, with works in the stove" has been chosen as the motto of this company, and this is by no means a company for which every customer would be important.
