Poor service; offensive and reprehensible attitude
Rita Paula, Radio Skonto's morning program manager, insulted by telephone with reprehensible negations sent to a potential partner who had previously agreed on advertising support from Radio Skonto with another official. In search of the person in charge of the company's previous communication on advertising support, the office department was called and said that the information would be passed on. After 5 minutes, Rita Paula called, shouting in a loud tone on the phone and insulting, cursing to the last exhaustion, with phrases such as: What are you bothering us in the office, who are you at all... We are a high-end company to you all dare to call for office... You do not understand anything and you do not have any experience in organizing activities to get the type of support... What you're at the company, no... To stop you from no call would be made and I would not hear about you... And many other phrases, just that we called the office and asked the previous communication officer with whom an agreement had been made.
