This is Liyong Zhuang (birthday: 03/18/1971). On 4/27, I scheduled 5/8/21 colonoscopy test in West Hills location. I was told that everything will be arranged by UCLA Health team including COVID-19 test application booking and bowel prep medicine prescription etc. But none of these arrangements were actually being done! I have been refused a Covid-19 shot because I I cannot wear a face mask. I am diagnosed claustrophobic and highly allergic to the lint in a face mask, as well. I do wear a full shield whenever I do go out which isn’t often. It would be beneficial that someone like me get the Covid shot...
