Want to not be charged for canceling ride i didnt know was coming

My friend booked a ride to the same destination tomorrow and her cost is 83.00

I called the number listed a listened to your recording and than it was disconnected. My friend was charged $83.00 to go to the same destination at the same time and I was charged $101.00 Whats going on??? This is not right User’s recommendation: Make sure your getting charged correctly.
