Dispute a charge i did not authorize

I did not authorize a uber pass charge of 9.99 contacted support they said they would not refund the charge I would a phone number for uber directly.

My Uber driver hasn’t showed up

The driver never came. I attempted to contact him many times but he wouldn’t speak into the phone. He continued on the route and bypassed the exit and didn’t come to get us. I want a full refund of our money. User’s recommendation: Absolutely not.
