After my previous complain on 08 Oct 2019, Tutoroo reached me and acknowledged they are unable to find a tutor for me. They agreed to refund my first 120NZD two weeks payment. I agreed to receive payment to my Paypal account and provided proper email. Today 18 Nov 2019, i still get nothing!
