I've been calling Telstra every time, every time I'm told that yes, there are self-help in your area. Promise that will be better. Nothing changes. In the evenings you can't watch tv at all and where else if the computer is connected then everything stopped at all. I don't know where to turn anymore, so I'm writing this complaint.
