I have been requesting for a refund for an order that was cancelled. It has been over a month and they just keep telling me they will look into it! User’s recommendation: Go anywhere else.
Ordered well in advance to assure delivery of flowers for mother’s 95th birthday, these dimwits dropped the ball.
This place is scam. Ordered flowers for a service 7days in advance. I had to contact them to confirm arrangement was sent and they responded by saying oh sorry you werent contacted sooner,but we couldnt make the delivery. Ordered flowers day before Valentine’s Day,on Valentine’s Day received and email said they could not deliver them said they were to busy still have not received my refund

No parcels sent abroad for 2 months

Now I sent parcels to Australia almost 2 months ago. All the while, they are still in Australia! There are no warnings on the Australian Post Office that deliveries may be so delayed and why. You could still understand a week or two, but here 2 Months absolutely no movement. It is also written that they are looking for other possibilities that give the impression that everything is actively happening, even on land, but in reality the packets stand in a pile and have not even crossed the border. What's more, the dates in the postal system change from later to the latest when packets are received from the customer! Of course, the post office does not take any responsibility! If you want to cancel the shipment and get it back then you have to pay them another 2. 20 dollars for each package and then after 3 months you will receive a reply. You will not receive a return shipping cost because of such a law! There is nowhere to look for protection and solutions, there are no ways to recover the lost. All that remains is an empty hope to complain to the relevant ministry.
