Kayli Roberts very rude and unprofessional

December 19 filed claim. January 8th no contact rude. When did call for guy to come take pictures very rude made it like i was not a customer but someone she didnt want to speak to had more important things going on working from home. Change agents

The international ins agency on 159 south Hamilton road Whitehall Ohio are not good agents they never answer the phone or get back with the costumer or are never in the office always at lunch they need to work on that User’s recommendation: Do not get policy with them.
