Invoicing not allowed and login impossible

Hello, I received an invoice and the amount was debited after a trial. I had already send a message saying I would not continue. I cant acces my trello site, and also trello support.

Suudenly, I cant access my Trello site, and also I can’t ask for help, because I cant either access the trello support. User’s recommendation: Trello is excellent, but I dont know if Atlassian, who bought recently Trello, is doing a good job.
