Poor service and deception
I bought a secured trip (air + hotel) with City life coupons, and then directly I bought an additional service from LLC "INTERLUX Travel" itself - excursions and transport package. Before purchasing coupons and additional packages, I got acquainted with the options for canceling the trip and the additional package. Both the conditions for the purchase of the City life coupon and the tourism service agreement included in the link provided that the money in the specified amounts would be deducted only in the event that the trip is canceled starting from the 29th day before travel. So if you cancel sooner than the 29th day - you should get back 100% of the amount. Due to health reasons, I canceled my trip more than 29 days in advance. with The fact that the tickets for this trip have been ordered for you, we can offer you to replace you with another traveler, if you can arrange it, then the surcharge for a personal change is 100USD.
