Resolved: AZK13 Umbrella cord broken

Update by user Jun 22, 2018 Treasure Island reached out and attempted to resolve the issue with the failed umbrella. The situation could be resolved and they offered a replacement frame at a reasonable cost. Even though it cost more to repair it did get resolved. Thanks Nicole at TI.
