I ask them to send me the left side to my recliner and pick up the second right side, fedex picked up recliner yesterday and this morning that same recliner was sitting in my driveway, so it needs to be picked up and a new recliner sent to me
Caviler store offered me a $20 credit to remove my review and I have not received the missing parts yet, I think they should resolve the problem instead of attempting to having the negative review removed. I did not accept the $20 credit
Horrible place to do business with. No communication. No concern at all for customer issues. I order these chairs on June 4th and never received them. I waited for three weeks and never knew what was happening with my order. I am very frustrated with this. I canceled my order and will never order from this company again.
