Total Scam Rip Off

The terms of the policy make it impossible to get reimbursed on a claim. They will accept your claim and send an email with a denial shortly afterwards with some outlandish terms that make it impossible to get reimbursed. Waste of money. User’s recommendation: Do Not Use Rip off/scam.

Don’t buy AIG Travel Guard Insurance unless you have a magnifying glass

I bought travel guard insurance through the United Airlines ticketing reservation system. I thought it protected the consumer for trip cancellation. Don’t want to deal with customer so just put them on hold

They refused to sell insurance through Exploretrip.com , I was told to contact Travelguard directly and they just placed me on hold indefinitely so they did not have to deal with customer.
