we need the full refund booking id is [protected] we are extremely unsatisfied with travelgenio services. the flight has been cancelled and we have not been informed. the sent a very vague email without letting us know. gabriela perez, one the customer service staff didn’t help us over the phone either. she hung up.
I bought two tickets. I entered my passport details correctly, about which I received a letter from you company confirming the reservation with my correct name. But the ticket was sent with an error in my name. The first letter is omitted. I want to get tickets with the correct name. I am Olha, not Lha.
When make the reservation the receipt was 874.38 but they cut 933 from me !! I try to contact you but no answer .
