Poor Cust Serv

Long story short. Spent hours trying to retrieve lost 650 mins due to their error. Was told all sorts of conflicting info. Reps appear to read from a script. ONLY benefit is cheap cost if you tolerate terrible service when they mess up User’s recommendation: Expect poor sevice and frustration.
