Mazda CX5 2015 model TomTom GPS plug in SD card not updated

Mazda CX5 2015 model has TomTom GPS plug in SD card. The card is not recognised when I try to update it. I have complained to TomTom. They were interested for a while but I have not heard from them. User’s recommendation: Avoid TomTom.
