This is disrespect for customers

Jjfi65579700000023169. Yesterday I was called 7 times from 19-19. 27. , previously sms did not receive for parcel delivery. I also didn't meet the courier. This morning I called the courier, who replied that he had handed over the parcel to another courier, from where he still has until 14. 46 there are no text messages or calls when the package will be delivered. It is disrespect for customers. I have never had such an attitude before.
