Can’t reach the company to discuss the return

I never received any confirmation of my order but my credit card was charged

I order a couple of dresses and I never received any confirmation of the order or tracking number. There is no way to contact this seller and I suspect fraud. I already contact my bank regarding this issue. Despite several attends to contact them, there is a non-working number for this website.
