Can’t order tickets

Been trying to order VIP skillet concert tickets. Every time I hit place order, it sends me back to the beginning. Ticketweb no longer accepts phone calls. I emailed them three times and haven’t gotten a response. Since it’s VIP, they are going to sell out quick.
