Not receiving confirmation with tickets

i purchased a ticket but did not get the confirmation email nor the tickets. I do have the screenshot where the tickets have been purchased and the bank statement.

I was double-charged

I had bought tickets to a concert that was scheduled for September 18th 2021 that has now been canceled but ticketweb has charged my card a second time for the same tickets that had already processed and came out off my bank account several months ago and they have now taking the same dollar amount out again... Need digital tickets that are already paid for

I never received the digital tickets for the comedy show for which I paid. I am seeking a refund. I was unable to contact anyone from customer service even during the hours they were supposed to be available. This is a fake site. User’s recommendation: Never use this fake site.
