Poor Service

Hello! Today we decided to go to dinner with my family for dinner at Ikšķile cafe-Daina. The initial atmosphere even curved, but the attitude of the employees towards the customers was disappointing. We ordered food but in time the waitress warned that we would have to wait 40 minutes. We agree to wait and order the chosen food. However, the waiter had forgotten about our shipment, which had not been handed over to the cook. The guy ordered a set of soup with bread but did not bring it. It was always necessary to put on top to bring the ordered food. The other guy wasn't even brought bread. Mom ordered ice cream where the waitress described the ingredients.That ice cream would be definitely a banana and grapes. As a result, the warm was brought to us first but the ice cream was forgotten . I also ordered garlic toast, which should be brought before warm. We had all eaten but it didn't bring garlic toast either. should the toast wait more that hour? I called the waiter again and said that no order had been brought. It is a pity that the staff is not fully exchanged that they cannot even apologize to customers for the long wait. It seems that a customer in this company is not expected. I do not recommend anyone to go there if you do not want to ruin the day. I won't go there anymore. They definitely need to change staff if they don't want a decrease in customers.
