It is unreasonably difficult to cancel. Expect to have to call and waste 15 minutes of your day on something that should be online. Garbage site.

Paper not delivered even after numerous complaints

WALL STREET JOURNAL JUST CAN’T GET IT RIGHT

We have been customers of WSJ for over seven years, getting our paper delivered to a PO box in a very rural area of VA. Then, we moved to Sarasota, FL (an urban area mind you) and guess what? We can’t seem to get our paper delivered to either a PO box or to our home….

The charged for three months for a duplicate online subscription. They acknowledged that I was receiving a double billing but refused to refund the double payments.

This happen 9 months ago and I’m still pissed at them for ripping me off. Each time I called I would get the run around…spending over a half an hour on hold waiting for someone to handle the complaint. They had a history of the calls but made repeat the whole story….
