Paper not delivered even after numerous complaints

I subscribed to Barrons and WSJ. The papers were not being delivered, I contacted customer service, they made promises, gave credit for the missed paper but no resolution, no one contacted me, the papers did not get delivered, every time I contacted customer service, they had a standard response to appease me. After about one and half month of frustration, I finally canceled my subscription and got refund, which was not easy, they wanted to hold on to my money.
