They can’t fix my delivery issue.

I moved and after 10 requests over a month they cannot get my paper delivered, and they refuse to refund my money. 100% incompetence and refusal to offer a refund. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy.

The cancellation policy is more difficult than it should be, the customer line is always busy.

To cancel my student membership, I’ve been trying to teach them for months. They’re basically stealing from me…I may look to sue if no one reaches out. User’s recommendation: Allow the cancellation to be offered online.

Missed paper; question re: subscription lapse

Paper wasn’t delivered; went to report the issue but it said they needed a new credit card, suggesting my subscription had lapsed (but I had no knowledge or notification about that); called but on hold x 6 min, then disconnected; chat room not functioning.
