Saturday deliveries have failed for the second week in a row. Subscriber delivery service call centers are hopelessly disconnected from actual delivery personnel. They send messages to the latter which have for force of effect and are generally curt and disinterested in customer dissatisfaction. User’s recommendation: Know the risks.
