Unknown charge for $153

There was a hotel fee that I was not aware when I booked and paid. I thought the bill may have been for the hospitality bar which we did not use. User’s recommendation: Be more aware. When checking in it is very loud and us older folks have trouble hearing.

No one has contacted me back on issue

Medication went bad due to no refrigeration access and family got locked in stairwell area for 45 minutes a security guard let them out after hearing them screaming to let them out the phone in the stairwell did not work

Regarding my reservation

It is ridiculous for the long wait time and you can’t even speak to anyone regarding your reservation. I’ve never experienced this type of delay with correspondence. This is a big inconvenience
