Poor service / information
The website states that the services can be switched off automatically within 24 hours by submitting an application and the equipment can be handed over to the Optus store itself, but when contacting a Optus person to ask for a sample of this application, instead I explain that I have to wait for a call about the internet disconnection procedure within 3 days and say that it is not possible to disconnect faster. Conclusion that the information published on the Optus website cannot be relied upon.
