hotel dishonesty

We recently stayed here twice, before and after a tour around Sri Lanka. The hotel is comprised of a few rooms in a luxurious penthouse right next to the Dehiwala railway station. I missed my pizza

I ordered my pizza home for the first time. What did I get? Absolutely nothing. I waited 2h. I called saying after 15 mins will be. Temporary min 20. Call again says that all couriers busy will have to wait another hour. Fkn I don't live anywhere in Madagascar! Where you can probably get a pizza faster than here. The bigger the company, the worse the service and service offering.
