Do not buy from this website. I bought my daughter an alleged North Face Denali Hoodie. When she broken open the “sealed” package this morning the tags were not as a Denali would we have seen in stores and the tie and tip to the hoodie were broken and frayed. Jacket ruined after 1 hand wash

I bought a jacket from “The North Face”- “Womens Aconcagua Jacket White”, and hand washed it once (as the instruction on the jacket said that it needs to be hand washed). The company presents labels i.e. north face, moncler each label with it´s own website; urls change continuously, merchandise is never shipped, money disappears. Customer login is blocked after the first question concerning the confirmed and paid order. No shipping details are communicated.
