Mask mandate for children 3-11

I have a 4 year old son who can not, will not and should not wear a mask. The requirements that you have for unvaccinated children is absurd. I bought coupons for children's pamperers Cotea through one of the collective purchase pages (zizu.org) post office "in the station square. The rules say that I will receive the purchase within 3 days! STARTING FROM 27. 04. 2019, it is already 08. 05. 2019 and I have not received anything NOW yet! call every day, feed me tomorrow! then the machine is broken, then tomorrow, then tomorrow! Cannot change destination!
